Because I recently wrote a quick little story about Julian and Garak talking about skants, I was inspired to draw him in one in his academy days.
Here he is with Erib (Shelerib th’Zharath, says Memory Beta) the Andorian friend that Julian mentioned in DS9 episode “Explorers” that Elizabeth Lense mistook for Julian. They are in a vaguely Starfleet Academy setting.
PS: There are pockets, because during research, most of the academy cadet uniforms had pockets.
