I guess the theory with Prop E here is that if we let SFPD practice car chases more they won't be the worst in the state anymore?

An analysis by The Standard found that 41% of pursuits initiated by SFPD from 2018 to 2021 resulted in a collision. That was nearly twice the statewide average of 22%.
