Not quite sure my meaning, or even my understanding is clear... I'm musing on my family history, I suppose.

I wish society was less intense, less rigid in its expectations, so that we could hold space for more different kinds of people - and - that when people stumble and fall, because we're only human, there were more options available to everyone, to allow for recovery.
