I have three characters: one Starfleet, one Klingon, and one (Fed-aligned) Romulan. It would be cool if such a system let you establish such cross-char relationships in a cross-faction way. There are plenty of story vehicles already in STO for that—maybe your characters met while working for Dyson Joint Command. (r/sto)
