New Delta alts and Reddit fleets

Participating in a fleet is one of the things that triggers Delta recruit rewards. Do the Reddit fleets' rules regarding alts need to be adjusted given the coming Delta recruitment event? I don't have a sense of the maximum size of fleets in-game or the current population of the Reddit fleets, so maybe there's no issue here.
