I tried to recreate the outfit you see various NPCs walking around in at New Romulus Command. (In my headcanon, the PC Republic uniform is for officers, and this one is for enlisted.) The actual NPCs wear a combination of Uniform and Off-Duty parts, so you can't quite do it, but you can get pretty close. (r/sto)
