Anna and Quân

Anna and Quân got married ! Eryn and came in yesterday morning to be here.

Al (Eryn and Anna’s dad) performed the ceremony, which was set against a backdrop of the Superstition Mountains in Lost Dutchman State Park, just east of Phoenix. He’s done this a few times before—he’s retired after over 40 years of ministry—but this time, he wove his words together with a father’s love.

I’d never had the chance to meet any of the Phạm family before, besides Quân himself of course, and they all warmly welcomed us to the family.

The ceremony was followed by a delicious dinner at Filthy Animal in Tempe.
