Hunky Jesus 2026

Every Easter in SF the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence hold a Hunky Jesus contest in Dolores Park. Eryn and I went today:

A man dressed as Jesus holds a cross made of Cheez-Its boxes. — Cheez-Its Christ, this year’s runner up, was amazing.

The winner this year was Renewable Jesus, who had a cross that rotated like a windmill. What can I say? The people of this city love the environment!
