"Official" color scheme(s) for the Dyson Joint Command uniforms?

Do NPCs ever appear wearing the Dyson Joint Command uniforms? If so, has anyone attempted to figure out the color scheme used for them? Hopefully (if there is such a scheme) it looks decent cross-faction. I'd like to have my Diplomacy BOFF and my character both wear the Dyson uniform, but of course they have very different color palettes.
