The shoulders on Discovery Captain match the Admiral's uniform as seen in the premiere. Maybe they could rename it to Discovery Admiral and add a Captain's tunic whose shoulders do the right thing?

Dunno about the elbow patches.

Another big issue is that you can't make it white like the medical uniforms—if you try, you get gray.
