@technomancy how did your talk go?
@antifuchs I live in SF and work in the south bay. I've organized one @Emacs drinkup; clearly I need to have another.
Tweeting as @emacs while somewhat tipsy is entirely too much fun.
In SF? Use @emacs? Several #emacs regulars will be at @21stAmendment tonight at 7, with some Clojure peeps joining up later. Come hang out!
Many congratulations to @johnsu01 on being named Executive Director of the Free Software Foundation!
Lovely lunch with @kirinqueen and @johnsu01. Now, back to BOS & back to SFO!
@sedicious yes, you can do it in far fewer characters if you write it yourself. Mine was produced by @emacs' `regexp-opt'.

@simonw I bet @johnsu01 would know…
@technomancy ahh, OK then. I remember meeting @fkchang2000 there; we talked about improving ruby-mode.
@technomancy wait, you were at RubyConf '05? Did we meet IRL then?
@technomancy that's happened to me on several occasions.

@trochee yeah, AUCTeX is the shit. #emacs

I thought @kirinqueen might want to use @wordnik from @emacs: http://github.com/hober/wordnik-el
OH in the @emacs IRC channel: At least mail has an RFC. Blogs just have 'various objections to Dave Winer.'
@technomancy whereas Mr. Miyagi is flagrantly Nipponese, so what gives? That said, I'm a big Jackie Chan fan.
@technomancy Keep in mind that Sulu was explicitly written as a pan-Asian character—Hikaru wasn't established as his given name until later.
@technomancy do you count #emacs as Clojure-related?
@phuff yes, see `ted-erc-growl' in http://edward.oconnor.cx/config/.ercrc.el #emacs #erc

Hmm. That's a new one. I'm apparently personally holding up the release of @emacs 23.1. Sorry.
@enkrates, @timbray: Aquamacs mucks with way too many @emacs defaults. Build trunk with ./configure --with-ns and @emacs will feel right.

@technomancy: it works in Safari 4 too (h/t @chris_radcliff).
Contemplating throwing together a "Using @emacs for Python web development" talk for @djangosd tomorrow. Any interest?
Emacs Lisp: spotlight on format-spec
@technomancy, that depends. Do you consider the output of (json-encode '(:foo 1 :bar 2)) to be pretty? :)
@eleddy: you may enjoy http://twitter.com/sintaxi/status/955992148 (of course, @emacs is the way to go.)

@nerdmeritbadges, an @emacs merit badge would be awesome.
Emacs & whitespace
@hardyhar: @emacs' nxml-mode is incredibly awesome. Seriously, give it a whirl.
@patrickdlogan: that may have been @emacs' fault. (AKA my fault.)

@technomancy: heh. Some terminals, Campfire & gmail prisms, work email client, work IM.
Settling into having two displays on my work machine. Primary for browser & @emacs, secondary for everything else.
